The Digital Team at Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Front-End Web Developer to join their innovative team in Waltham, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting requirements, designing, developing, maintaining, and testing a variety of web applications and features. This role requires collaboration with both development and UX teams to create fluid designs and translate requirements into functional themes and applications. In this position, you will work closely with the team to build production-ready websites and applications by creating custom themes, features, and new functionalities, as well as enhancing existing customizations. You will be expected to develop using the latest web-based frameworks and technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and various CSS frameworks. Problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate challenges and absorb new technologies to stay ahead in the fast-paced digital landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with a focus on responsive design and usability principles. You will be expected to have a solid understanding of accessibility standards and experience with CSS preprocessors and frameworks. Familiarity with task runners, module bundlers, and version control systems is also crucial.
