About the position

The Front of House - Customer Service position at Kettleman's Bagels involves providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the customer experience. Representatives will assist customers with their orders, manage the cash register, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This role offers opportunities for growth as the company expands into new territories.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customers with the ordering process.
• Navigate the Cash Register/Point-of-Sales (Toast POS experience preferred).
• Bag baked goods and help customers with coffee.
• Assist with organizing DoorDash orders.
• Manage incoming calls.
• Keep your station clean and tidy.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

• Proven customer support & front-of-house experience.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Toast Point-of-Sales & DoorDash Tablet experience is a plus!
• 1 year of experience in a Bagel/Deli environment (Preferred).
