As an Assistant Manager II at Compass Community Living, you will play a crucial role in the management of food service operations within a small to medium volume location. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in overseeing the daily operations while ensuring compliance with corporate and brand standards. This position is pivotal in maximizing profitability and enhancing guest and associate satisfaction.
