About the position

The Front of House Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of customer service, staff performance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all staff members are performing their duties in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with training new staff members and providing ongoing training and support to existing staff.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that all food is stored and prepared properly.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Ability to handle cash and financial planning.
