About the position

As a Front of House Manager at Topgolf, you will play a crucial role in supervising the team to deliver best-in-class service on a daily basis. Your primary responsibility will be to coach and develop your team while driving Associate engagement to ensure a positive work environment. You will uphold operating procedures and maintain service and safety standards, with a strong focus on Guest Satisfaction. It will be your duty to ensure that all Guest areas are adequately staffed and functioning efficiently, delegating tasks as necessary to optimize operations. In this role, you will also be expected to demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values, which include Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring. You will focus on business metrics to drive performance, maximizing profit and revenue while performing other operational duties as assigned by your manager. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the front of house operations, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience
  • At least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a restaurant, hotel, or golf environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
