As a Front of House Manager at Topgolf, you will play a crucial role in supervising the team to deliver best-in-class service on a daily basis. Your primary responsibility will be to coach and develop your team while driving Associate engagement to ensure a positive work environment. You will uphold operating procedures and maintain service and safety standards, with a strong focus on Guest Satisfaction. It will be your duty to ensure that all Guest areas are adequately staffed and functioning efficiently, delegating tasks as necessary to optimize operations. In this role, you will also be expected to demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values, which include Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring. You will focus on business metrics to drive performance, maximizing profit and revenue while performing other operational duties as assigned by your manager.
