About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development among the team. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and guest seating, while collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient coordination between the front and back of the house. Implementing training programs to enhance the skills of front-of-house staff will be crucial, as will providing ongoing coaching and support to promote continuous improvement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with regular guests, addressing their preferences and special requests, and handling guest feedback with professionalism will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will monitor financial performance, including labor costs, inventory control, and budget adherence, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth while maintaining service quality. Regular inspections of the dining area will be necessary to ensure that cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet our high standards, and you will take proactive measures to address any issues promptly.
