About the position
The Front of House Team Member at Mangosteen, Tampa is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a vibrant restaurant environment. This role includes various positions such as Host, Food Runner, and Server, focusing on delivering great dining experiences while working collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash register operations and process payments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or grocery store environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid Driver's License.
