Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest hospitality and service.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the dining area.
- Coordinate and maintain the buffet setup.
- Handle point of sale transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and surrounding areas.
- Manage guest relations and address inquiries.
- Perform phone responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods during the entire shift.
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds.
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
- Ability to positively interact with team members and guests.
Nice-to-haves
