As a Front Office/Admin Assistant at First American's Corvallis, Oregon branch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors and customers, which sets the tone for their experience with our company. In addition to customer interaction, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Supporting the team is a key aspect of this role; you will gather, review, and prepare important documents, maintain accounts, set up appointments, and assemble document packages. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you receive, sort, and route mail, as well as order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Requirements
