About the position

Nobles Dental is seeking a Front Office Admin/Team Lead to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time position is ideal for a self-starter who is motivated and people-centric. The successful candidate will work closely with the Doctor to ensure that the office operates optimally. While previous dental office experience is not required, management or supervisory experience is preferred. The role requires excellent phone and customer service skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. The candidate must align with our company vision and policies, demonstrating honesty and commitment in all interactions with the Doctor, patients, and team members. The working hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a half-day on Friday. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate's degree preferred. A minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in retail, restaurant, or a similar field is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment. Candidates will receive industry-specific training and coaching, including a six-week hands-on training program to learn about sales, practice systems, and team management. The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include overseeing and directing sales growth, assisting with marketing efforts, preparing and conducting staff training, maintaining time and attendance records for staff, and ensuring a clean office environment. The candidate will also be responsible for verifying dental insurance, answering phones, entering patient information, and checking in/out patients. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct sales growth
  • Assist with marketing efforts
  • Provide daily/weekly account reports to the Doctor
  • Prepare and conduct staff training
  • Maintain time and attendance records for staff
  • Delegate and inspect workflows
  • Coordinate responsibilities for employees during absenteeism or heavy workloads
  • Meet goals and objectives as assigned by management
  • Report and document employee disciplinary problems to the department manager
  • Present treatment plans with an 80% case acceptance goal
  • Collect balances and follow up on past due balances
  • Maintain a clean office environment and work area
  • Verify dental insurance
  • Answer phones
  • Enter patient information
  • Check in/out patients
  • Assist in marketing implementation or social media posts

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2 or more years of supervisory or management experience in retail, restaurant, or similar field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of personal computers including Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative front office experience preferred
