About the position

RAM Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Front Office Administrator to support the smooth operation of the Corporate office in Elko, NV. This role involves managing office tasks, ensuring confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. The position is hourly and non-exempt, reporting directly to the Corporate IT Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Promote safety as the company's number one priority and participate in the SPADE program.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and company information.
  • Collect and distribute confidential documents with discretion.
  • Act as a contact between internal and external clients.
  • Welcome guests and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Prepare meeting rooms for important guests, ensuring all necessary equipment is set up.
  • Act as liaison for Corporate travel and lodging partners.
  • Answer phones, handle incoming calls, and take messages as necessary.
  • Open and distribute mail, troubleshoot office equipment, and maintain office supplies.
  • Communicate with cleaning staff and organize shared spaces seasonally.
  • Tidy up communal areas and care for front office plants.
  • Lock doors at the end of the workday and secure the office premises.
  • Assist with event planning and setup for meetings and conferences.
  • Support Marketing by maintaining brochure racks and distributing materials.
  • Act as backup IT support for minor technical issues and assist with inventory management.
  • Assist with hardware setup for new users and troubleshoot Zoom devices.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • 1-3 years previous administrative assistant experience.
  • High school degree required, some college preferred.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills; organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while prioritizing projects.
  • Excellent team player with a flexible and open attitude.
  • Professional level communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in English.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to comply with all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
