About the position

The Warehouse Office Assistant position is a temporary-to-hire role based in Raymond, NH, focused on providing administrative and clerical support to warehouse operations. The role requires a highly organized individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while assisting with vendor management and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Enter production data and process purchase orders using JDP, a proprietary system (training provided).
  • Prepare and type up Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Communicate with vendors and assist with vendor management.
  • Manage and complete all back-end clerical duties assigned by Joe.
  • Assist with sorting boxes once office duties are completed (no heavy lifting required).
  • Maintain an organized workspace and handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Ability to sit and stand frequently throughout the day.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
