About the position

The Front Office Clerk/Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our family-owned company. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mailing
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
