Masque by Mask is seeking an outgoing and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling basic customer-service requests and managing incoming inquiries in a modern office setting that emphasizes health and wellness. This entry-level position requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude towards problem-solving and paperwork. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them with a smile and ensuring they feel welcomed. You will assist in scheduling services with our estheticians, manage phone calls, and handle messages. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking clients out post-treatment, which includes accepting payments and ringing up additional products. Light cleaning duties will also be part of your responsibilities, such as dusting, arranging displays, and maintaining a tidy environment. You will assist in turning over treatment rooms, which involves changing sheets, providing fresh towels, and washing tools. This position offers a flexible schedule with both 4-hour and 8-hour shifts available, making it ideal for those seeking part-time work. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in customer service but also eager to contribute to the day-to-day operations of our practice, including assisting with social media and general clerical duties. Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone, troubleshoot and take messages.
  • Assist in scheduling services with various estheticians.
  • Open practice to visitors including returning texts and voicemails from the night before and preparing rooms.
  • Greet visitors with a smile.
  • Check clients out post-treatment including accepting payment and ringing up additional products.
  • Perform light cleaning involving dusting, arranging displays, wiping down countertops, and vacuuming/sweeping.
  • Receive shipping orders.
  • Assist in turning over treatment rooms by changing sheets, providing new towels, washing tools, putting away products, etc.
  • Run and fold laundry.
  • Assist owner in general clerical duties.
  • Help with the day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with social media.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible attitude toward problem-solving and paperwork.
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
