About the position

We are seeking a Front Office Clerk/Receptionist to join our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. The role involves coordinating appointments, managing inquiries, and maintaining the reception area, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Direct visitors to the correct department.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory for kitchen and copy-rooms.
  • Ensure the reception area is safe, tidy, and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; support team members with shipping needs.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong telephone skills and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Active listening skills and customer focus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Experience in supply management.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
