The Front Office Coordinator at Summit Physical Therapy is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within a clinical setting. Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
- Managing accounts receivables and collections
- Coordinating patient care from initial evaluation to discharge
- Answering phones and electronic scheduling
- Performing data entry and verifying personal and financial information
- Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
- Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
- Faxing, filing, and performing other assigned duties
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of previous medical front office experience
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Previous experience with medical software preferred
- Available and flexible with hours
- Close attention to detail
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Team player attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
