Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
  • Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
