About the position

The Front Office Manager at Marriott Springhill Suites is responsible for assisting the hotel manager in daily operations and management of the hotel. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. The position requires effective communication with customers, employees, and vendors, as well as support in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the hotel manager in daily operations and management of the hotel
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors
  • Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
  • Support the hotel manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Assist in managing employee schedules and assigning tasks
  • Handle cash transactions and perform cash register operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

  • Supervising experience
