The Front Office Manager at Hayes Street Hotel is a leadership role focused on providing exceptional guest service and managing daily operations of the front office team. Responsibilities

  • Lead the front office team in delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
  • Train and coach team members in guest services, including front desk operations, reservations, and audits.
  • Set the tone for guest experiences by demonstrating exceptional service and leadership.
  • Coordinate work efforts with team members to achieve high levels of guest and team member satisfaction.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Front Office Manager experience in a branded hotel environment.
  • Preferred college degree or coursework in a hospitality-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, etc.).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy with effective people skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Full availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Experience in a boutique hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and events in Nashville.
