The Front Office Manager at Yang Law Offices is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient environment for colleagues, clients, and vendors. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized office and manage meeting spaces and reception.
  • Manage office services including IT, janitorial, and supplies.
  • Work with IT to resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Oversee ordering and managing office supplies, food, and first aid.
  • Assist with company events, team meetings, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Greet visitors and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage key dates and communicate office events.
  • Address competing priorities and offer creative solutions.
  • Oversee mail distribution and identify process improvements.
  • Support new hire onboarding and training.
  • Assist with internship programs.

Requirements

  • Strong background in guest services with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
