  • Ensure clean and welcoming hotel rooms and environment for guests.

Requirements

  • Bilingual and multilingual communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality and customer service.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Proficient in computer skills and property management systems.
  • Ability to lead a small team and handle guest complaints professionally.
