About the position

The Marketing Manager at CVS Health plays a crucial role in the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness retail marketing team, focusing on acquiring new customers, enhancing engagement with existing customers, and driving enterprise value. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership and end-to-end accountability for marketing projects from initiation through execution.
  • Identify and solve business challenges and opportunities using critical thinking skills.
  • Present opportunities and recommendations clearly and concisely in PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of performance marketing strategies.
  • Plan and oversee execution of key marketing tactics to ensure successful delivery and results.
  • Manage multiple initiatives with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Leverage analytics to forecast and measure marketing channel performance and support optimization.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the organization.
  • Work closely with the Insights team to field customer research and apply learnings into actionable strategy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for CVS.
  • Drive development of marketing plans rooted in consumer, competitor, and company insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of IT professional experience including the creation of processes and procedures.
  • 7+ years in people management including oversight of multiple cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of experience with Change, Release, Incident and Problem Management.
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Service Management and/or ITIL.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong ability to communicate with IT users and business leaders to understand requirements, expectations, and value measures.
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Highly flexible with the ability to quickly adapt ITSM processes to changing business objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship, and interpersonal skills.
  • ITIL v4 Certification.
