About the position

The Frontend Developer II position at Spectraforce Technologies is a critical role within the T Studio Web team, focusing on the development of responsive and mobile-first user interfaces for various applications and websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating both company and customer needs into functional and visually appealing interactive applications. This role requires a strong foundation in coding, particularly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as the developer will be expected to create applications from scratch rather than relying on plugins or scripts. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on the remaining days. In this role, the developer will collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to convert visual designs into functional code. They will implement the layout, styling, and interactivity of the website, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and user experience. Additionally, the developer will maintain business ownership of assigned sections of the website, fostering relationships to ensure quality, integrity, and continuity in messaging for impacted customers and business needs. The role also involves assisting in the training, deployment, and production of web-based applications, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
