About the position

CAMP Systems is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our applications. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to integrate the principles of design with the complexities of programming. This role involves developing and implementing standards-compliant front-end web solutions using modern frameworks, particularly Angular. The Frontend Developer will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the agile development process and exhibit proven experience in User Interface (Application) design. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript to apply best practices in front-end development, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. You will be responsible for architecting efficient and reusable front-end systems and components that drive complex web applications. Collaboration is key, as you will work in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze requirements, ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and deliver compelling user-facing products. Additionally, you will identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, optimizing for performance across desktop and mobile environments. Participation in code reviews is essential, ensuring that all solutions align with pre-defined architectural specifications. You will also identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues and review and provide feedback on the final user documentation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years in UI/UX Design and Development experience
• 5+ years in Angular Development
• HTML/CSS Experience, including concepts like layout, cross browser compatibility and accessibility
• Knowledge of Design Tokens, CSS Preprocessors (SCSS) and CSS Variables
• Experience using Figma is required
• Experience in testing and optimizing front end performance is preferred
• Understanding of code versioning tools (GIT)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
