About the position

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to support our Development and Maintenance programs. This role involves collaborating with project teams to create reusable UI components while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop reusable UI components.
• Ensure all components are WCAG 2.1 and ADA compliant.
• Perform accessibility testing using Jaws reader and browser plugins.
• Work in an Agile development environment.
• Utilize current development tools such as Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in JavaScript.
• 5 years of experience in HTML5 and CSS Frameworks.
• 5 years of experience in ADA, WCAG 2.1, Section 508 Compliance.
• 3 years of experience in Java (8+) including using relevant IDE tools such as Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio.
• 2 years of experience in JPA Framework.
• 2 years of experience in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data).
• 2 years of experience in Agile Development.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience with JBOSS Enterprise Environment.
