The Financial Administrative Representative plays a crucial role in managing the enrollment processes for healthcare providers within various insurance networks. This position involves application processing, credential verification, documentation liaison, and data management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support billing and credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the submission of initial applications and re-applications for healthcare providers seeking enrollment with various insurance networks.
• Conduct thorough verification of healthcare provider credentials, including educational background, professional training, and licensure.
• Act as a point of contact for healthcare providers, facilitating the collection and submission of necessary documentation for enrollment processes.
• Regularly review and update provider information in the enrollment database to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a hospital or clinic environment with knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in using healthcare enrollment databases and management systems, along with strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with healthcare providers and insurance networks.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
