About the position

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Kenility, you will be part of a collaborative team of developers, engineers, and designers dedicated to creating high-quality products. This role emphasizes agile product development and requires a strong technical background in frontend technologies and cloud programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
• Implement unit tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Manage and optimize application performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in agile product development within rapidly growing tech companies.
• Proficiency in one or more JavaScript frameworks, including Angular, React, Vue, or Ember.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud programming, preferably with AWS.
• Experience with microservices, message queues, and caching layers (Redis).
• Preferred experience in managing MonoRepos using Nrwl/NX.
• Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Desirable background in PostgreSQL (AWS Aurora).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (XUnit, Jest, Cypress).
• Experience working with version control systems like Git, particularly AWS CodeCommit.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with message queues and caching strategies.
• Background in PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
