We are currently seeking talented individuals for an internship in 2025, aimed at providing students with industry exposure and hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Internships at TikTok are designed to help students develop fundamental skills and explore potential career paths. Over the course of 12 weeks, beginning in May/June 2025, interns will engage in a vibrant mix of social events and enriching development workshops. This experience will allow interns to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Candidates are encouraged to clearly state their availability in their resumes, including start and end dates. The internship will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and Quality Assurance professionals. Interns will focus on establishing public trust by providing solutions to support risk and response business, with an emphasis on escalation handling within this area. This role is an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable experience and contribute to TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and bringing joy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (XFN) including Product Managers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and QAs.
  • Establish public trust by providing solutions to support risk and response business.
  • Focus on escalation handling within the risk and response business.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2025.
  • Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
