As a Frontend Engineer on the Ads Measurement team at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in building scalable tech foundations and launching various products that enhance the user experience. The Ads Measurement team is dedicated to helping marketers and brands understand the true business value generated by TikTok across all their paid channels. This involves working on a variety of products from end-to-end, including brand lift, conversion lift, cross-media measurement, viewability, and invalid traffic, as well as developing innovative features such as privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs). Your work will directly contribute to the mission of inspiring creativity and bringing joy to users around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and continuously improving TikTok measurement-related products. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Research & Development teams globally in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the products you create not only meet the needs of users but also optimize the performance of both internal and external-facing platforms and tools. This position requires a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, as you will be working closely with various teams to drive impact and innovation.
