As a Frontend Software Engineer on the Ads Measurement team at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in building scalable tech foundations and launching various products that enhance the user experience. The Ads Measurement team's mission is to help marketers and brands understand the true business value generated by TikTok across all their paid channels. This involves working on a variety of products from end-to-end, including brand lift, conversion lift, cross-media measurement, viewability, and invalid traffic, as well as developing innovative features that incorporate privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs). In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Research & Development teams globally to design, develop, test, and continuously improve TikTok's measurement-related products. Your work will directly impact the performance of both internal and external-facing platforms and tools, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected by our users.
