The SMB engineering team plays a crucial role in developing software that empowers small and medium businesses to succeed by building scalable platforms, seamless products, and comprehensive solutions. As the SMB revenue is expected to become a significant portion of our total ads business in the coming years, our engineering team is dedicated to solving challenging yet interesting problems through advanced software architecture, innovative engineering practices, and cutting-edge algorithms. We work closely with various teams, including strategies, data scientists, product managers, operations, and sales, to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for front-end development for related platforms and products. You will promote and optimize the infrastructure and component abstraction of existing front-end components, and contribute to product improvement, including technology updates, user experience enhancements, and overall product development. Responsibilities

• Front-end development for related platforms and products
• Promote and optimize the infrastructure and component abstraction of existing front-end components
• Contribute to product improvement, including technology updates, user experience, and product development

Requirements

• Familiar with HTML/CSS, proficient in CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, etc.
• Proficiency and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, EcmaScript 2015+
• Proficient in at least one mainstream front-end framework, such as React or Vue, with a deep understanding of hooks and component development
• Familiar with front-end engineering and can use one of the building tools such as Webpack, Rollup, or Vite
• Very strong teamwork skills, including communication, ownership, empathy, and honesty
