The TikTok LIVE - Foundation - Governance Engineering team is a global team responsible for ensuring the quality of live streaming content. This team is tasked with building the backend system and collaborating with data scientists, ecosystem governance managers, the operations team, and the Trust & Safety Algorithm team. Together, we develop human-based and machine-based moderation, the penalty center, and permission governance tools to ensure our content is high quality and enjoyable to our users worldwide. As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver a state-of-the-art user experience in our products. Your role will involve building world-class frontends that combine usability, accessibility, elegance, performance, and maintainability. You will adopt both automated and manual test strategies to ensure product quality and will be expected to learn and understand how TikTok products work, helping to build end-to-end solutions.
