About the position

As a Frontend Tech Lead for our Global E-commerce Commercial Platform Solution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of e-commerce on our platform. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the TikTok Seller platform and internal operation platform by constructing experience perception and analysis capabilities that are directly linked to business indicators. This will involve collaborating closely with product managers and development teams to continuously optimize user experience and drive product innovation. In this role, you will also be responsible for enhancing front-end engineering research and development efficiency. You will utilize advanced technologies such as Large Language Models (LLM) and AI Generated Content (AIGC) to optimize user experience and streamline processes. Additionally, you will develop localization solutions for front-end technology tailored to the European and American markets, ensuring that our platform meets the diverse needs of our global user base. Responsibilities

• Construct the experience perception and analysis capability of the TikTok Seller platform and internal operation platform, linking it to business indicators.
• Drive the product manager team and development team to continuously optimize the user experience.
• Enhance front-end engineering research and development efficiency through LLM and AIGC capabilities.
• Develop a localization solution for front-end technology in Europe and America.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related areas.
• 2+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, etc.
• Proven experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React/Vue/Angular.
• Experience in solving browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance.
• Good understanding of business, technical abstraction, and system module design.
