About the position

The Frontier Developer at Fiserv plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Frontier-based applications and supporting technologies. Responsibilities

• Configure the Fiserv software based on business requirements
• Collaborate with Project Manager(s) and Project Team to design solutions
• Assist in developing detailed technical specifications for customized development
• Configure application parameters including accounts, users, rules, reports, processes, and privileges
• Validate and test the solution against business requirements
• Work under significant project pressure and meet internal deadlines
• Create and review design documents and change requests

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the use of Frontier
• 3+ years of experience working with MS Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

Nice-to-haves

• Basic knowledge of general ledger, reconciliation processes and general accounting principles
• Ability to discuss and analyze business and technical topics
• Creativity in identifying and implementing solutions to meet business requirements
• Strong verbal communication skills with a solid grasp of diplomacy
• Understanding of ambiguous situations and ability to bring clarity
