Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in sales centers at award-winning resorts.
  • Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
  • Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
  • Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keeping current on sales information and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
  • Must maintain production standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
  • General smart device skills.
