About the position

The Frontline Sales Representative at Wyndham Destinations is responsible for establishing rapport with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with the company, and generating sales through effective presentations. This role is set in a high-energy environment where the representative will conduct face-to-face sales presentations at award-winning resort locations, utilizing provided leads and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in sales centers located at resorts.
  • Establish commonality with prospective and current owners.
  • Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
  • Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
  • Maintain minimum performance goals and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
  • Must maintain production standards.
  • Must have a valid real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in luxury sales cycles.
  • Ability to overcome objections effectively.
