About the position

The Frontline Sales Representative at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for establishing rapport with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generating sales through effective presentations in a high-energy environment. This role involves conducting face-to-face sales presentations at award-winning resorts and requires a positive attitude and the ability to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in sales centers located at resorts.
  • Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
  • Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while achieving performance goals.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
  • General smart device skills.
