About the position
The Program Manager at FSRI is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the permanent supportive housing program. This includes ensuring safety protocols, facilitating client participation, implementing grants, managing quality, supervising staff, and developing the program. The role also involves direct interaction with landlords, property managers, and developers to support landlord/tenant relationships, and requires membership in the RI Continuum of Care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the permanent supportive housing program.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Facilitate client participation in the program.
- Implement grant requirements and manage quality assurance.
- Supervise staff and provide oversight for program development.
- Interact with landlords, property managers, and developers to support relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public administration, or a closely related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in directly supervising staff.
- Experience with HMIS systems and administrative/office management responsibilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Rhode Island's affordable housing resources.
- Bilingual capacity is preferred and compensated with an additional 6% above base pay.
