About the position

The Leasing Agent at Timberridge Place is a vital role within the Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG), responsible for managing all aspects of apartment leasing for the 384-unit apartment community located in Albany, OR. This position requires a keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills to effectively engage with residents and prospective tenants. The Leasing Agent will be the first point of contact for potential residents, greeting them warmly and providing tours of the community, which features amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, spa, athletic court, fitness center, picnic area, and community clubhouse. In this role, the Leasing Agent will handle various tasks including answering phone inquiries, assisting current residents with their needs, maintaining the community's curb appeal, and marketing available units. The Leasing Agent will also be responsible for accurately preparing leases and other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the property management field, providing a pathway to develop skills and advance within the industry. The work schedule for this full-time position is Thursday through Monday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The Leasing Agent will receive a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22, along with additional compensation such as a monthly cellphone stipend and eligibility for bonuses.
