Absolute Storage Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for our storage property located in Byram, MS. As a leading provider of self-storage solutions in the United States, we specialize in third-party facility management for owners and operators of self-storage properties. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the property, which includes determining the size and availability of storage units based on customer needs, leasing units, and completing rental forms. You will also be tasked with marketing and selling storage space, managing revenue by computing and collecting rental fees, providing rental payment schedules, and communicating with customers regarding late payments. Additionally, maintaining the security of the property and assisting with its upkeep and curb appeal will be essential parts of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a dependable nature. While property management experience is a plus, it is not required. A satisfactory background check will be initiated on or near your first day of hire, following the completion of the offer letter. We are looking for proactive individuals who are eager to contribute to the success of our property and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the property, including determining the size and availability of units based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Strong ability to work independently and dependably.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Property management experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check is required.
