• Collaborate with the Processing Manager on outstanding items in the department.
• Assist in delegating tasks and responsibilities when the Processing Manager is not on shift.
• Lead and equip the team by embodying the company's mission and core values.

Requirements

• Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
• Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and web browsing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and follow a variety of written or oral instructions and goals.
• Proficiency in production to meet established goals.
• Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard workday.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
