About the position
As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Digital Branch Call Center Representative at Kelly Community Federal Credit Union, you will be essential in providing outstanding member service and support. Your main duties will include handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about financial products and services. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and address member inquiries.
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
- Identify opportunities to offer products and solutions to members.
- Build professional relationships with credit union members and coworkers.
- Promote a positive, helpful, and friendly team environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Good typing skills (30 wpm or more).
- Good data entry skills (6,000 KPH or more).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to identify and upsell products and services.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in retail sales, hospitality sales, or call center sales.
- Knowledgeable background in financial services including IRA and trust accounts.
