About the position

The Full-Time Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and profit performance. This role serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company, emphasizing teamwork, inclusivity, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling.
• Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Engage creatively with clients to broaden the customer base and enhance the shopping experience.
• Represent customer experience expectations in-store consistently.
• Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach, championing Ralph Lauren's core values.
• Embrace new technology and support alternative purchasing processes to enhance customer connectivity.
• Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
