About the position

The Full-Time Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and supporting store initiatives. This entry-level position serves as a gateway to future leadership roles within the company, emphasizing teamwork, inclusivity, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling.
  • Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
  • Engage creatively with clients to expand the customer base and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Represent customer experience expectations in-store consistently.
  • Deliver experiences aligned with Ralph Lauren brand expectations and support the company vision.
  • Participate in store client initiatives and community outreach efforts.
  • Champion Ralph Lauren's core values and embrace new shopping technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on customer needs.
  • Network and source talent for the store.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchasing processes and broaden product accessibility through digital means.
  • Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
