Today, our 82,000 associates serve more than 10 million customers a week across 10 Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic states. The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for Food Lion To Go operations, making decisions which impact store associates and the level of service offered to our customers. The role also involves acting as a customer service ambassador in all departments to achieve business goals while fostering an environment that produces high levels of customer satisfaction and associate morale.
