About the position
Allied Digestive Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New City, NY, to provide primary care and gastroenterology support in an outpatient setting. The NP will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to manage health problems and coordinate care according to state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage health problems and coordinate healthcare for patients according to state and federal regulations.
- Conduct assessments of health status and diagnose health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Evaluate patient status and clinical management in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Licensure in New York in good standing.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Prior experience in primary care, gastroenterology, or as a hospitalist.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in gastroenterology or hospitalist roles is preferred.
