Responsibilities

• Perform daily job duties within the processing team and department.
• Accept donations and presort merchandise.
• Price merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager, including producing 35 pieces per hour.
• Assist the team in living out the company's mission and core values.

Requirements

• Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
• Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and values.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and web browsing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and follow written and oral instructions.
• Proficiency in production to meet established goals.
• Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard workday.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
