About the position

The Member Services Attendant at Trilogy at Vistancia Kiva Club is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. This role involves greeting visitors, managing access to the facility, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance the overall experience of club members. The position requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Screen residents and guests for proper access to the building.
• Answer questions from residents and prospective buyers.
• Assist with orientation sign-ups for new homeowners and events.
• Manage resident registrations for activities and events, including collecting funds as necessary.
• Provide support for business center needs such as copies, faxes, and mailing.
• Issue identification cards to new residents and guests.
• Conduct a physical inventory checklist to ensure a positive first impression.
• Perform general inspections of the clubhouse and ensure cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
• Assist the Administrative Coordinator with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for helping others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
