About the position

As a Dining Room Server, you will join our culinary team and provide full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community. We are looking for individuals who are available to work full-time from 11 am to 7 pm, or part-time during lunch from 11 am to 2 pm, or dinner from 4 pm to 7 pm. This position offers the opportunity to be eligible for full-time benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurances, 401k, PTO earnings, bonuses, and much more if you work 30-plus hours per week. Responsibilities
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
- Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards consistently.
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
- Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
- Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
- Experience in food service work preferred.
- Experience in working with seniors preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (on rotation).
