About the position

The Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) at TCC Wireless is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This role serves as a vital link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, focusing on building relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs.
  • Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
  • Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all business channels.
  • Assist store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness according to retail standards.
  • Explore customer needs through thoughtful questions and support with service activations, changes, and bill payments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
